Exosomes
Exosomes are tiny particles that cells release. Exosome products are made from cells grown in a laboratory, and they are not cells.

What an exosome is
An exosome is a tiny particle, far smaller than a cell, that cells release to carry proteins and other molecules. Exosome products are prepared from cells grown in a laboratory. They do not contain living cells.
The products Encompass distributes
Encompass distributes two families of exosome products to licensed providers: Dezawa MuseExosomes® from MuseCell Innovations, made from Muse cell culture, and Kimera Labs exosome products, made in a dedicated facility in Miramar, Florida.
Regulatory status
These exosome products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. They are available only through licensed physicians, who decide whether one fits your care.
Questions to ask your doctor
Bring these to the appointment. A good practice will answer them plainly.
- Which exosome product is this, who made it, and how was it tested?
- How is it stored and shipped, and is it kept frozen until use?
- What are the possible risks for someone in my situation?
